With all of the new Escape From Tarkov updates, most of the scav bosses were transferred to the Reserve map. This is mainly due to the fact that there is a new Prapor task, called ‘The Bosses Gathering’. Completing it is simple, since you don’t need to interact nor attack any of the bosses. Simply put, you need to observe a secret meeting with the bosses, and you need to extract. The second part is a bit more difficult, since you must survive and finish the raid.

The bosses, and their bodyguards are all roaming around the Reserve map in most of the heavily-populated areas. Here is a marked area of where you have the biggest chance of running into the scav bosses:

Now, there are two ways to go about completing this task. You can either go full ham and attack the bosses and bodyguards, or you can play it safe, observe the meeting until you get the survived status, and then dip out.

I lean more towards the former rather than the latter, since it is a lot more fun, and you have a pretty good chance of getting some good loot.

Your best bet is tackling the bodyguards instead of the bosses, and since they also drop some good loot, why bother with the bosses anyway, especially since the bosses tend to be hard to take down.

After completing the Bosses Gathering quest, you will get two things. One is, a point in charisma, and the other is a point for stress-resistance.

While it may not be as rewarding as some of the new tasks that were added recently, considering how easy this quest is, the rewards are adequate.

Since most are going for completion of the Bosses Gathering and all of the new tasks on the Reserve map, the map does tend to be more populated than usual. So, keep your guard up and be ready for anything.

Escape From Tarkov’s recent patch, patch 12.11, has been quite full in terms of content. There were changes to old tasks from multiple NPCs, and a lot more new tasks have been added. One of them is Safe Corridor, which is a task from Skier. It is relatively easy to do, particularly if you follow the Skier task guide – Safe Corridor below.

The only objective is to kill 10 scavs. There is a catch though. While killing 10 scavs might not seem like a difficult task, you do have to do it in an underground area at the reserve map.

The difficult bit is the fact that scavs here are relatively scarce. So, multiple raids need to be done in order to complete the task fully. So, for Safe Corridor, where is the underground location where you need to kill 10 scavs?

The location can be found south of the Train yard, in one of the big warehouses with Slovenian lettering on the front of the doors.

You will find multiple doors open here, so go inside the underground area through it. Now, in individual times you can usually find 1-3 scavs here.

What you need to do is return to this area every ten minutes, as the scavs respawn somewhere inside the ten-minute mark. Plus, scavs from other locations might start to make their way to the bunker below the warehouse.

Sometimes every ten minutes you might return to a couple of more scavs, but most of the time, you will return to only 1-2 scavs. So, can it be done in one raid?

It is possible, but very unlikely. Keep in mind, that you will also need to extract and finish the raid so that your progress gets recorded. I recommend doing multiple raids instead of popping in the area every ten minutes, but if you do get the chance, why not kill a couple of more scavs.

All in all, a straightforward task.

Once you hand in the quest, you will receive 9,000 XP, 35,000 Roubles, 2 packs of 120 rounds of 545BP ammunition, and 2 expeditionary fuel tanks.

The Kappa container is the most valuable container in Escape From Tarkov. With that said, it can be considered a late-game item for some of the more experienced Tarkov players. Basically, this container has 12 slots, and all of those items will remain on the player, even if a player dies. That is why, so many are trying to get it as fast as possible.

However, Battlestate has made it harder than ever to do so. One of the biggest requirements now, is that players will need to reach level 71 before they can get the Kappa container. Nevertheless, this is what you need to know and how to unlock the Kappa container in 12.11:

• Complete every single quest in Tarkov’s quest line. Well, almost every single quest, but most need to be complete. More than 24 quests to be exact. All the required quest can be found on Tarkov’s wiki.
• Complete the Collector from Fence. After completing most other quest, in general fashion Fence will give you a quest where you will need to collect a lot of streamer items. The quest is called ‘Collector’ and a whopping 22 items need to be extracted from raids. Stashes are the easiest way of getting all of those items.
• Reach level 71. This is one of the most frustrating things that players are annoyed by in the recent changes. You will need a whopping 23 million XP to reach level 70, so the negative feedback is expected.

At the moment, level 71 remains as a requirement to get the Kappa container. We’re not sure whether Battletate will revert to the old ways, but it does seem quite overwhelming and unnecessary, considering the rewards aren’t that valuable.

Yes, the Kappa container has the most capacity from containers, but, do the extra few slots really cost 23 million XP? Not quite sure. We will see whether there are additional changes in the future on this topic.

Escape From Tarkov went through an update recently, and on-top of some very radical changes, there were new additions in terms of playable content and quests. To the Ragman quest line, there were some new tasks added, and today, we will focus on Fuel Matter, and how to complete it. This is a Ragman task guide for Fuel Matter in Escape From Tarkov 12.11.

Ragman Task Guide – Fuel Matter Escape From Tarkov 12.11

This is one of the first tasks available in Ragman’s quest line. To complete it though, player must go to the Reserve map. There, players will need to find two fuel containers, and mark them.

What players will also need is the marker, which can be bought from Prapor. You can use that to mark the tanks, but even after doing so, of course, you will need to survive for the remaining time, and exit the raid.

The first location for the first fuel tank in Fuel Matter is located at the Sewer Manhole Extract. If you look towards the white and black knight buildings, you will see a road. Start walking on that road, and look for a hole in the fencing to your right or left, depending on where you’re coming from.

Go through the hole in the fencing, and you will see a small grassy area, which isn’t flat. Keep walking, and there should be both red and white containers. The red container is the one you should mark.

Wait for 10 seconds until you properly mark the container.

The second location for the containers is located at the Train Yard and the K Buildings. Taking any route you want from there, but the quickest is through the white and black knight buildings.

Once you’re there, look at the Train Yard, and you will see some tankers on the left of the watch tower.

There will be two containers facing you. Ignore those first two, and mark one of the three other containers which are positioned to the side. Wait 10 seconds, and you will have the two fuel containers marked.

Now, all that is left to do is survive and extract.

After handing in the quest to Ragman, players will receive thirty thousand roubles, 8,200 XP, and two 5-liter propane tanks which are needed for questing.

Sure, there are titles which might be more strategically demanding, especially on the competitive scene, but EFT has layer upon layer of strategy. How To Beat New Factory Boss – Escape From Tarkov | Tagilla

Not being even close to an EFT veteran myself, I wasn’t even aware that there are bosses in this game. But it seems like there are, and some of them are really difficult such as Tagilla.

But, if you want some quick legendary loot, this is the way to go. There are only a few tips you should put to practice and you’re good to go to finish off this boss. Here’s how to beat the new factory boss Tagilla in Escape From Tarkov:

• Get out the way. If you have come across Tagilla, then you might be aware that he does have a huge hammer. His attacks deal a substantial chunk of your health, so your main goal should be dodging, rather than attacking. Try not to get hit as much as possible.
• Shoot at his stomach and legs. Tagilla has armor on a large portion of his body, except his legs and stomach. These two are the main weak points of Tagilla, so focus them instead of his other limbs.
• Don’t waste bullets. Again, only focus his stomach and legs. Avoid wasting bullets on the parts of his body which are metal plated, as you will deal little to no damage.
• Get in position. Reset. Movement and strategic cover are necessary. Simply keep your distance and change your position often. Go to position, shoot some bullets, then reset to another position.

All in all, those are all the things that you should focus on if you want to take on Tagilla. Since this boss is using a hammer only, it means he is bound to close range, so dodging is quite easy.

The labs map in Escape From Tarkov is a unsolved mystery. It seems as though this lab, which is under the Tarkov city, is a facility which was a place for unlawful experiments on humans. There were biological, chemical, and who knows what other experiments conducted there. Nevertheless, this map is very rewarding in terms of loot. Because of that, we though it be best to create a Labs map guide!

Labs Map Guide – Escape From Tarkov

This laboratory was built by the Terra corporation, and on paper, this lab doesn’t exist. However, players know how real it is, especially by how much loot there is for the taking.

But what can you except when going in the Labs map in Escape From Tarkov?

• There is no insurance in the Lab. So, all items that are lost cannot be recovered.
• In the Labs map, there are a lot of Scav Raiders that spawn. Be wary of this, since they’re quite powerful, and they have the tendency to bug out, and shoot players through the walls. However, they do give a high-tier loot once taken down.
• The most valuable loot in the game can be found here. Plus, there is an abundance of high-tier loot, much more than a typical squad can carry.
• Since most that go into the Terralabs will be equipped to the brim, avoid going in alone. This place is a go-to for many.
• Most of the extraction points will spawn Scav Raiders. This is because they must be activated, and activating them will spawn enemies.
• All of the activations for extractions and similar stuff, will be announced through the whole lab through the speaker system inside.

The Labs are filled with a lot of points of interest, and with rooms which are full of loot. Getting to some places might be a hassle, but it is definitely worth it.

In terms of how easy a player can get to a certain location, and how valuable of loot they can receive, the following places are ranked from best to worst:

1. Manager’s Office
2. Security Office, Security Post & Arsenal Security Room
3. Sterile Lab Block
4. Cafeteria
5. Server Office & Kitchen
6. Quarantine Area
7. Negotiation Room
8. Experiment Area
9. Auditorium
10. Reception

Step 3: Repair game files

Issues in your game files can create problems. So, it is important to repair the game files.

1. Open “Steam client”

2. Go to “Library” then right-click on Escape From Tarkov and go to “Properties”.

3. Click on “Local Files” and then “Verify Integrity of Game Files”.

4. Wait for the process to finish and after that restart the game so the changes will apply.

5. Once you restart the game open the game and check if the issue is still there.

Step 4: Rebooting your modem/router

Having a poor connection can cause this error. So make sure that in-game you have selected the server with the lowest ping. If this is not working, restart your modem. To do this you simply turn the power of the modem off wait a couple of seconds and turn it on.

Every PMC has a number of skills, each providing a number of benefits to their abilities such as increasing carry weight, reducing stamina usage, and reducing weapon recoil. As you level up these skills, the benefits increase until you level the skill to elite level, capping out the benefits and giving you a more powerful bonus.

Effects of Strength

The Strength skill of your PMC influences anything that might be affected by your muscles, things such as maximum carry weight, melee damage, and grenade throw distance. Here is a full list of the effects of the skill.

• Aiming drains less stamina
• Increases jump height
• Increases carrying weight
• Increases melee strike power
• Increases movement and sprint speed
• Increases throw distance

When you manage to get the skill to level 51, or Elite Level, you gain two more Elite bonuses.

• Weight of guns on your back and sling is not counted towards your max carry weight
• Chance to do critical melee damage (50% chance)

A number of these effects are extremely beneficial to you during raids, such as the movement speed, the throw distance, and the carrying weight increases. This should be one of the skills that you want to focus on leveling during your gameplay, as having a Strength Skill at level 2 is also required for you to upgrade your Vents in your Hideout to Level 3.

How to Level Your Strength

If there hasn’t been some new glitch or cheese method uploaded to Reddit so that you can power level your strength skill in an hour, then you’ll need to do it the hard way.

The actions that give you experience for Strength are as follows:

• Throwing grenades
• Hitting melee attacks
• Walking or sprinting while carrying more than 65% of your carry weight.

For throwing grenades and hitting melee attacks, there is a cap of 3 skill experience points that can be gained in every raid, but for carrying more than 65% of your weight limit there is no limit per raid.

You could theoretically run around with a sword while throwing grenades like a madman and carrying 60 kilograms of assorted junk in every raid you do, but that is most likely less than helpful if you’re actually trying to survive in raids.

If you’re playing normally and getting yourself out of raids with a decent amount of loot, then you might level your skill gradually, but the most effective way of gaining experience is to just throw grenades and run around with stuff in your bag.

Throwing 14 grenades in a raid will give you 2.3 experience points total, the first 7 giving you 1.3 skill points, and the next 7 giving you 1.0.

Meanwhile, for every kilometer you run you gain a decent amount of skill points. The first and second kilometer ran giving you 1.3 and 1.0 skill points respectively. Every kilometer ran after the first two will give you 0.5 skill points, which is much better than the others, as there isn’t a cap to the amount you can gain from this method in a raid.

Gas Analyzers Spawns in Containers

The easiest way to find a Gas Analyzer in any map is to just search through some containers. Here’s a list of the containers that can spawn Gas Analyzers.

• Jackets
• Hidden Stashes
• Filing Cabinets
• Sport Bags
• Toolboxes
• Technical Supply Crates (Reserves)

You can also find Gas Analyzers sitting on shelves in some maps, and on the bodies of Scavs that you may end up taking out.

In experience, the best way to find some Gas Analyzers is to learn the locations of the Stashes on a map such as Customs, and look through them every time you play on the map if possible.

Gas Analyzers Spawns on Interchange

Interchange is a great place to look for many junk items, and as such that means that Gas Analyzers should be there somewhere.

Here are the locations that you might find some on the map.

• Inside the OLI store
• Inside the Techlight Store
• Inside the Power Plant
• In the office warehouse area in IDEA

If you look in the OLI, IDEA or Techlight stores, you might just find a Gas Analyzer sitting on a shelf somewhere, but you might have to do some looking.

You could look in the power plant, but it tends to be a place where players end up spawning near and sometimes fighting near, so you might just miss out on loot if you don’t get yourself into a gunfight.

Interchange is a smaller map, so you might just end up getting yourself killed if you linger for too long, or stand in the wrong place.

Gas Analyzers Spawns on Factory

If you have the key to the pumping station, you might occasionally find a Gas Analyzer sitting on the table inside.

If you are looking for a quick loot farm and you don’t care too much for run throughs, then you can run in here and maybe find one.

With this information, you should be able to find a few Gas Analyzers for your quests, or for giving you a bit of a boost in cash. Good Luck out there in the city of Tarkov.

Every PMC has a number of skills, each providing a number of benefits to their abilities such as increasing carry weight, reducing stamina usage, and reducing weapon recoil. Metabolism Skill Effects

• Increasing the effect of food and drink
• Decreasing the speed at which you lose energy and hydration
• Reducing the speed at which you forget physical skills

Once you manage to get your Metabolism to Elite Level, or level 51, you gain two Elite bonuses.

• Zero chance of dehydration and exhaustion effects
• Physical Skills are no longer forgettable

Note that even though it indicates that the skill reduces the speed or completely prevents Physical Skills from being forgotten, skill level decay was removed in Patch 0.8.0.1208, but may be added again in a later patch with changes.

While it may not be the most beneficial of skills in combat or the grand scheme of the game, in extended raids in which you run down your energy and hydration by running around or using medical supplies, you may feel the benefit of having a greater Metabolism level.

Leveling Metabolism

If you’re simply playing along with the game and upgrading your hideout, you may notice that in order to upgrade your Nutrition Unit to level 3 you’ll need to have your Metabolism skill at level 3. If you’re looking to upgrade your Intelligence Station and then get a Scav Case, you’ll need to upgrade your Nutrition Unit, and thus you’ll need to level your Metabolism.

To actually level your Metabolism, you’ll have to consume food and drink while in raid. Don’t go trying to just bring a backpack of food and water into a raid, as you’ll need to at least restore some points of Energy or Hydration in order to actually gain any experience for the skill.

The best way to level the skill is to just eat and drink any food or liquids that you can when you pick it up in raid. This might take a while, but if you aren’t looking to just grind your skill to Elite level, you’ll at least gain some of the benefits for leveling the Metabolism skill if you do this consistently.

If you really want to grind out the skill levels though, it is possible to do so, though it may cut into your cash reserves.

Food items and certain medical supplies such as painkillers or morphine may reduce your energy and hydration by a fixed amount, or give you a debuff that drains your energy and hydration.

One such example is the Combat Stimulant Injector SJ1 TGLabs, which grants you a buff for 100 seconds, then applies a debuff for 200 seconds that drains your energy and hydration by a small amount per second.

If you want to grind out your skills, then you can drop into raid with a few of these items that decrease your hydration or energy, and consume them to reduce those numbers before consuming something else to bring them back up.

This may also take a long time and a lot of roubles, but you’ll be getting skill points much faster than if you just ate food whenever you found it in raid.
